Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report of the Medical
Officer of Health for the year 1964, upon the Sanitary Circumstances,
Sanitary Administration, and Vital Statistics of the Borough of
Richmond (Surrey).
I am indebted to Mr. E. S. Herbert, Chief Public Health
Inspector, for his report on the Sanitary Circumstances of the area,
and to Mrs. F. G. Smith, for compiling the tables of Vital Statistics.
