CARE OF ILLEGITIMATE CHILDREN.
The employment of a Social Welfare Officer to work in the
Boroughs of Richmond and Barnes continues to justify itself by the
volume and nature of the work performed.
The following is a record of the work carried out in Richmond
only:—
