The present work in connection with these billetees is
negligible and is carried out in the Department without the need
of special staff.
I would like, at this juncture, to put on record appreciation
of the work done by the staff of the Public Health Department
at all stages of billeting, both during the war and afterwards.
The Sanitary Inspectors and Clerical Staff at all times gave of
their best to make a difficult task run smoothly.
