[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Richmond]

On the 9th of March, 1940, it was found that the rooms were
again occupied, and a rental of 30/0d. per week being paid for them.
The owner was notified of the contravention, and the matter was
reported to the Town Clerk.
On the 26th of April, 1940, a report on the conditions was
submitted to the Health Committee and a Closing Order was made by
the Council on the 14th of May.
The premises were later vacated, and have not since been
occupied.
