MATERNITY AND CHILD WELFARE.
(i) Midwifery and Maternity Service.
Maternity and Child Welfare Centres are held thrice weekly
at the Health Centre, Windham Road, while a Centre is held once
weekly at Petersham for the residents of Petersham and Ham.
A Toddlers' Clmic, i.e., a separate clinic for children between
18 months and five years, is held 4 times a month at Windham Road.
During the year the attendances at the Centres were:—

Mothers 4,700 Average per session 32

The Medical Officer of Health held 1,531 consultations during
the year at the Baby Clinics.
Dr. Cryer held 729 consultations at the Toddlers' Clinics.
