BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
The Counties Public Health Laboratories, 66, Victoria Street,
London, S.W.l. undertake bacteriological examinations for the Council
through the Essex County Council Bacteriological Laboratory Service.
During the year forty samples of ice cream, as set below, and
6 samples of water from the swimming pool were submitted to the
Laboratory,
