BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
The Counties Public Health Laboratories, 66 Victoria Street,
London, S.W.l., undertake bacteriological examinations for the
Council through the Essex County Council Bacteriological Laboratory
Service.
During the year, thirty-seven samples of ice-cream, as shown overleaf,
seven samples of water from the swimming pool and four
samples of milk were submitted to the Laboratory.
