these persons have been waiting for almost eighteen months.
All applicants are informed of the delay that may be expected
before they can be called for treatment and are advised to make
private arrangements for this meanwhile.
The extension of the scheme is hampered by financial
considerations.
In addition to the foregoing facilities, four persons, hold licences from
the Essex County Council to carry on private practice as chiropodists
within the borough. These premises are inspected annually.
