BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION
The Counties Public Health Laboratories, 66 Victoria Street,
London. S.W.I, undertake bacteriological examinations for tne
Council through the Essex County Council Bacteriological
Laboratory Service.
During the year, thirty nine samples of ice cream, as
set out below, 8 samples of water from the swimming pool,
1 sample of cream cake and 4 samples of milk were submitted
to the Laboratory.
