Byplays - Handling, trapping and Delivery of Food.
Progress has continued in the maintenance of hygienic
conditions in food premises in relation to these Byelaws.
829 visits were paid to food premises including restaurants
and other food-preparing premises.
Inspection of Kent and Other Foods.
There is one private licensed slaughter-house in the Borough
which was not in normal use and twenty-six butchers' shops. The
visits paid to these premises numbered 181.
The following list gives details of the diseased or unsound
meat and other articles found unfit for human, consumption, which
were voluntarily surrendered and destroyed or used for animal
feeding purposes or returned to the Ministry of Food for processing
purposes:-
