ANNUAL REPORT
FOR THE YEAR 1938
To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the
Chingford Corporation.
Mr. Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors,
I have the honour to present my Annual Report upon the
Health and Sanitary Circumstances of the district, in the form
prescribed by the Ministry of Health.
I take this opportunity of thanking the Chief Sanitary
Inspector, Mr. James F. Rogers, and the staff of the Public Health
Department for their help and co-operation during the past eight
years, and of acknowledging also the support received from the
Council and from the Chairman and Members of the Public Health
Committee.
