Byelaws under Section 15 of the Food and Drugs Act, 1938.
Byelaws with respect to Handling, Wrapping and Delivery of Food and Sale of Food
in the open air have been enforced, particularly on Fairgrounds on holiday occasions. No
iormal action has been necessary.

There is no public abattoir within the Borough.
Slaughterhouses.
There are no slaughterhouses or horse-slaughtering establishments within the Borough.
