Arrangements for the provision of hospital
accommodation are made by the Middlesex County Council.
Tuberculosis.
Residential institutional treatment is provided
by the Middlesex County Council.
Puerperal Pyrexia.
Until the outbreak of war, cases requiring
hospital treatment were sent to the Queen Charlotte's
Hospital, Hammersmith. Subsequently, these facilities
were not available. In the circumstances, representations
were made to the South Middlesex and Richmond Joint Hospital
Board for permission to send cases of puerperal pyrexia to
Mogden Hospital. The Board agreed to take these cases,
subject to the discretion of the Medical Superintendent.
