3. Overcrowding.
The position with regard to statutory overcrowding has been much
improved, owing to the special consideration which such cases receive
when the allocation of Corporation dwellings is being made.

(a) Chemical Analysis.
72 samples of milk were taken and submitted to the Public Analyst for
chemical analysis. These samples, taken from milk roundsmen and local
retailers, proved to be quite satisfactory.

(b) Bacteriological Examination and Phosphatase Test.
