General.
One case of scarlet fever was suffering from severe chorea on
admission and another developed mastoiditis necessitating the performance of
an onen oneratinn
In addition to this latter case a child suffering from scarlet fever and admitted during 1942 developed double mastoiditis during 1943 for which a double mastoid operation had to be performed.
