With reference to my Annual Report for 1942 I
should be glad if you would make the following corrections in
the text.
Page three lines from the bottom, erase the word 'such'.
Page 25, under the heading of "Complications (l)
Scarlet Fever, erase Measleson admission,2
Page 25, under the heading "cross infections", where
cross infections is printed, it should read "mixed
infections",
