MANUFACTURE, STORAGE AND SALE OF ICE CREAM
Fifty-nine registrations of premises were in force at the beginning
the year and a further two were added during the year.
A considerable amount of work is carried out in sampling ice-cream,
and the following summaries show a steady improvement in the quality of
the samples obtained.
The Public Health Committee is to be congratulated upon the interest
taken in the control of the sale, storage and manufacture of ice-cream and
upon the support given to the officers of this Department.
