All 45 samples were found to be free from undesirable organisms.
(e) Milk Supplies - Brucella Abortus
No raw milk is retailed in the district.
(f) Poultry Inspection
There are no poultry processing premises within the district.
(g) Food Inspection

In addition to the routine inspection of food offered for sale a total of 4.155 tonnes and 79.00 litres of food was examined and rejected during the year. The details are as follows:-

4. WATER SUPPLIES
It is the duty of the Local Authority to ascertain the sufficiency and
wholesomeness of water supplies in the district. The Metropolitan Water Board
supply the whole of the district and report on their supplies as follows
