The premises inspected were:-
Nightingale Riding School, Epping New Road. Buckhurst Hill:
Owned by Mr. T. Robinson, 74 Field Road,, Forest Gate, E.7.
19 horses; 1 at part livery and 6 at full livery. (Horses at
part livery are used for hiring out when not required by owner).
Riding Centre for the Disabled, Grange Farm Sports Centre,
High Road, Chigwell:
Manager: Mr. J.A. Davies who lives on the premises. 12 horses
and 1 at livery.
Forest Riding School. North End, Buckhurst Hill:
Owned by Miss A.O. de Berry, who lives adjoining the stables.
5 horses. None at livery.
Chigwell Riding School. Chase Lane, Chigwell:
Owners: Mr. and Mrs. J. Lucas, 26 Ann Way, Hainault, Ilford.
21 horses, 9 at livery, and 3 horses not used for hiring - being
reared for replacements.
Ibn Hoob Riding School, adjoining 135 Manor Road. Chigwell:
Owned by Mrs. D. Barnett, 23 Harewood Drive, Ilford. 11 horses,
13 at livery, 1 stallion and 2 foals. (Now removed from Council's
jurisdiction).'
4. SANITARY INSPECTIONS OF THE AREA,
The following statistics indicate the work of the Public Health
Inspectors and Rodent Operator during the year.
