2 FOOD HYGIENE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS. 1960.
Premises where food is manufactured, stored, or sold, are,
periodically visited to ensure the compliance with the Regulations. The
standard in the District is good and no major infringements were found.
In 120 cases letters were sent to proprietors calling attention to minor
contraventions and in 97 instances have been complied with.
