The Chairman and Members of the Chigwell
Urban District Council.
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
I have pleasure in submitting my Annual Report for the
year 1964.
I beg to acknowledge with grateful thanks the information
in paragraphs 3, 4 and 6, supplied by Mr. R.W. Edwards, A.M.I.C.E.,
M.I.Mun,E., Engineer and Surveyor, also that in paragraph 13 by
Mr. H.E. Bywater, M.R.C.V.S.,F.R.S.H., Veterinary Officer to the
Council.
I also wish to express my appreciation for their kind
assistance to the Public Health Inspectors, the clerical staff of
the Department, and to the many other officers of the Council's
staff.
