Urban District Council.
MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
I have pleasure in presenting my Annual Report for the
year 1963.
The information on rivers and streams, sewerage and
public cleansing, was supplied by Mr. R.J, Edwards, A.M.I.C.E.,
M„I.Mun.E., Engineer and Surveyor, and the report on riding
establishments by Mr. H.E. Bywater, M.R, C.V.S., F.R.S.H. To both
these gentlemen I give my sincere thanks for their assistance
and co-operation throughout the year.
I also express my appreciation to Dr. J.H. Hamence, Ph.D.,
M.Sc., F R.I.C., Public Analyst, and his staff for the valuable
assistance rendered in matters of food complaints and samples.
