2. FOOD HYGIENE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS. 1960.
The general standard of hygiene in food premises is satisfactory
and routine visits are made to ensure compliance with the Regulations. It
was necessary to serve 30 notices during the year, but in each case the
co-operation of the trader concerned was obtained and the required
improvements affected.
