5. RENT ACT. 1957.
2 applications were received from the owners for cancellation of
Certificates of Disrepair, in both cases the necessary work having been
carried out, the cancellations were approved.
6. REMEDY OF DEFECTS WITHOUT SERVICE OF FORMAL NOTICES:

(a) Proceedings under Sections 9. 10. 12 and 16 of Housing Act. 1957:
