MR. CHAIRMAN, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
I have pleasure in presenting my Annual Report for the
year 1962.
I am indebted to the Engineer and Surveyor,
Mr. R.W. Edwards, A„M.I.C.E., M.I.Mun.E., for providing the
information on pages 18, 19 and 20 regarding rivers and streams,
drainage, sewerage and public cleansing, also to Mr. H.E Bywater,
M.R.C.V.S.F.R.S.H.,M,Inst. Meat, for his report on riding
establishments on pages 23 and 24.
