MADAM CHAIRMAN, AND GENTLEMEN,
I have, pleasure, in presenting the Annual Report of
the Chief Public Health Inspector.
I am indebted to the Engineer and Surveyor,
Mr. R. W. Edwards, A.M.I.C.E.,M.I.Mun.E., for providing the
information, on pages 18 and. 19 regarding rivers and streams,
drainage, sewerage and public cleansing, also to Mr. H. E.
Bywater, M.R.C.V.S.,F.R.S.E., for his report on riding
establishments on. pages 32 and 33.
