No cases were reported or found during the year.
(h) Ice Cream
26 visits were made to manufacturers and vendors of ice
cream during the year.
There are 6 manufacturers and 88 vendors on the register. One
manufacturer only now makes ice cream in the district.

All samples were taken by hand to the Counties Public Health
Laboratories at 66, Victoria Street, London, within three hours
of being obtained. The reports are very good this year.
7 samples, in addition, were taken for chemical analysis and
all were genuine.
