All the samples were reported by the Analyst to be genuine
except the sample of Lemon Juice. Stocks of this article were
withdrawn from sale and destroyed.
(g) Adulteration
No cases of adulteration were reported during the year.
(h) Ice Cream
27 visits were made to manufacturers and vendors of ice
cream for inspection of premises and sampling.
There are 6 manufacturers and 88 vendors on the register.
Only one of these manufacturers is now making ice cream.
