(e) Bakeries
There are 13 bakeries in the District, 3 are not now in use. 1
has been closed during the year, 41 visits have been made.
(f) Chemical and Bacteriological Examination of Food
and Drugs
This was dealt with by the County Council until 1st April, 1955.
After that date the following list shows samples taken and submitted
to the Public Analyst who reported all of them to be
genuine:—
