(f) Chemical and Bacteriological Examination of Food.
This is mainly dealt with by the County Council until April,
1955, but we may and do take samples for analysis, if necessary.
(g) Adulteration.
This continues to be dealt with by the County Council until
1st April, 1955.
(h) Ice-Cream
110 visits were made to ice-cream manufacturers and vendors
for inspection of premises and sampling.
There are 7 manufacturers and 103 vendors on the register.
Only one firm manufactured in the District and laboratory
reports on this firm's products were as follows:—
