Application for registration as a foster-parent
should be made direct to the County Medical Officer,
County Hall, Chelmsford, or to one of the local County
Health Visitors:-

(k) Tuberculosis—Forest Area Tuberculosis Care
Association: The Association continues to assist cases
awaiting admission to sanatorium in various ways and
arranges also for the admission of child contacts to
convalescent homes. It concerns itself also with the
after-care of patients by assistance in obtaining
materials for occupation therapy and whenever possible,
suitable employment for those fit for work.
