General Provision of Health Services
in the District.
(a) Laboratory Service. E. M. S. Laboratory at St.
Margaret's Hospital, Epping—no change.
(b) Ambulance Service. Continued use was made of
Civil Defence vehicles to supplement the Council's
ambulances. The Volunteer Car Pool rendered
invaluable service in the conveyance of patients to
hospitals, clinics, etc., and it is hoped that it or some
similar organisation will be available in the post-war
period.

Hall—1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays at 2.30 p.m.
Diphtheria Immunisation: Clinics are held once a month
at the following Child Welfare Centres:—
