Several visits have been made to the Council's sewage works and
a few rats have been killed. Where evidence of the presence of rats is
noticed immediate steps are taken to "gas" the "workings." The
sewers are kept under observation and special bait for use in sewers has
been obtained. The baits are watched and renewed where necessary.
Rat bait is still supplied free on application.

The sanitary conditions and water supply are satisfactory.
