CHIGWELL URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL.
To the Chairman and Members of the Chigwell Urban District Council.
Mr. Chairman, Ladiks and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present my Annual Report upon the health
and sanitary circumstances of the District for the year 1937. This is
the second report since I was appointed Medical Officer of Health and
it is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Article 17 (5) of
the Sanitary Officers (Outside London) Regulations, 1935, and Circular
1650 of the Minister of Health dated 4th October, 1937.
There have been no changes in the staff during the year.
My best thanks go to all Members and Officers of the Council
who have kindly given me their assistance during the year and to the
Members of my staff who in addition have all contributed to the
compilation of this Report.
