Chemical and Bacteriological Examination of Food.
The chemical or bacteriological analyses of samples taken by the Health
Department are carried out either by the Clinical Research Association or by
the Public Analyst.
Nutrition.
Owing to the lack of a suitable public hall it was decided to abandon
for the time being the intention of holding a Health Propaganda Week in the
district. The only propaganda with regard to nutrition which was carried out
was in connection with the various Maternity and Child Welfare Clinics.
