ZYMOTIC DISEASE VISITS.
(Miss Perrett).
During the year, the Nurse paid 1893 visits with reference
to cases of infectious disease. Included in this number
were 31 visits to cases of measles, (8 to children under
5 years of age and 23 to children over 5 years). Two-hundred
and forty-one swabs were taken and 29 anti-toxins given.
The total number of children examined by the nurse in the
schools was 3110.
