The School Nurses continue to visit all cases of non-notifiable infectious disease, and, as
has been pointed out in previous years, this work takes up a considerable part of the nurses'
visiting time, and when the number of cases is large the other work suffers to some extent.
In the following schools the percentage attendance fell below 60 and certificates were
issued in the terms of the Board's administrative memorandum No. 51, (January, 1927) to the
effect that the fall in attendances might reasonably be attributed to the prevalence of infectious
disease.
