N.B.—Injections 1 and 2 of 1 c.c. of T.A.M. were given at weekly intervals. The third injection
of 1 c.c. was given 14 days after the seconds.

An analysis of 355 cases who were originally Schick positive and received an immunising course of 2 one c.c. injections of T.A.M. at weekly intervals and a third injection of 1.5 c.c.s of T.A.M. 14 days after the second injection. They were re-tested at various times over four months from the last immunising injection.

The present short series of 355 cases does not appear to show any advantage at all in using
a 3rd injection of 1.5 c.c. instead of 1 c.c. but this can probably only be determined after a much
longer experience.
