3. UNHEALTHY AREAS.
Areas represented by the Local Authority with a view to
Improvement Schemes under Part II. of the Act of 1925 Nil
The Inspectorial Staff of the Health Department consists of
one Chief Inspector and four District Inspectors.
There is no officer at present appointed wholly for housing
duties, which are carried out by the staff in conjunction with their
other duties, but the appointment of one of the District Sanitary
Inspectors, solely for duties under the Housing Acts, is being
considered.
