To the Chairman and Members of the Heston and Isleworth
Urban District Education Committee.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I beg to present the Annual Report of the School Medical
Service for the year ending 31st December, 1921.
During the year, Dr. Berry resigned his position as Medical
Officer of Health and School Medical Officer, and left the services
of the Committee on the 26th May, 1921.
I took up my duties on the 13th June, 1921.
I wish to express my thanks to the members of the Committee
for the kindness and support they have shewn me.
