'The figures 810 relate to children found defective at Routine Medical
Inspection and subsequently re-examined in the schools. The Special Cases
were, in the majority of cases, seen at the School Clinics, and for these there
were 6,681 examinations, so that the total number of examinations amounts
to 9.460
