Section 22 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1890, has been adopted by the
district Council, and the standard of sufficiency and suitability of sanitary accommodation
or persons employed in factories and workshops enforced is that required by the
Sanitary Accommodation Order of 4th February, 1903.
