The first hearing of the case was adjourned for fourteen days. At
the resumed hearing all the offences were proved, and fines totalling
£11. were imposed, together with £6.6.0. costs. In addition, an Abatement
Order was made requiring the nuisances to be abated within
twenty-eight days.
The Defendant subsequently appealed to Quarter Sessions against
the Abatement Order. The appeal was dismissed and a further Order
for costs amounting to £12.12.0d. was made against the appellant.
(2) Nuisances abated and defects remedied.
