Result of Service of Notices.
(1) Legal Proceedings
Legal proceedings were instituted against an owner/occupier of a
dwelling house to recover the cost of works carried out by the Council
to the soil drainage system. The owner/occupier had failed to comply
with a Notice served under Section 53 of the Wimbledon Corporation
Act 1933. The case was dismissed.
