TUBERCULOSIS.
During the year, 115 cases of tuberculosis were added to the
Register, as compared with 106 in 1949. Of these, 95 were new
cases, and the remaining 20 were transfers from other areas.

There were 29 admissions to hospitals or sanatoria during the
year.
