CLEAN FOOD CAMPAIGNS.
During 1949 the Local Authority had under consideration
Circular M.F. 12/49, issued by the Ministry of Food in connection
with the need for bringing home to the public, and to food traders,
the importance of clean handling of food.
At the end of the year, arrangements were being made to enlist
the co-operation of local food traders in this matter.
