WIMBLEDON INFECTIOUS DISEASES HOSPITAL.
Two hundred and eighteen cases were admitted to the Infectious
Diseases Hospital during 1946, as under: —

As there were eighteen cases in the hospital at the end of
1945, the total number of cases under treatment during the year
was two hundred and thirty six.
Fifteen patients remained in the hospital at the end of 1946
(eight from Wimbledon, four from Kingston and three from other
areas).
The following table shows the diseases from which the patients were stated to be suffering on admission, and the number of cases in which the diagnosis was confirmed: —

There were in addition twenty five miscellaneous cases admitted,
