[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Wimbledon]

All the children were examined physically by the Medical
Officer, and the Dental Officer carried out his annual inspection
and treatment.
Two transfers were made during the year to the Littleton
Street Special School for boys.
Physically Defective Children.

The following special cases were dealt with:—

1boyAdmitted to School for totally Blind.
;t(2 boys, 1 girl),, ,, Myope School.
3(2 boys, 1 gill),, ,, School for Deaf and Dumb Children.
2boys,, ,, Cripple (Residential) Schools.
1girl,, ,, Special School for Epileptics.
1girl,, ,, Special Home for Epileptics.

Employment of Children and Young Persons.
94 children were specially examined and certified as to
employment.
I am indebted to Dr. E. M. D. Craig, the Assistant School
Medical Officer, for compiling this report on the work of the
School Medical Department, and in conclusion I should like
to draw the attention of the Committee to the able manner in
which the staff have carried on their work during the year under
review.
