(1) Wandle Park House, Wandle Bank, Wimbledon.
(2) Queen's Hall, Queen's Road, Wimbledon. Both
under the Wimbledon Borough Council.
Day Nursery, 176-180, Haydons Road, Wimbledon,
under the Wimbledon Borough Council.
School Clinic:—Southey Hall, Southey Road,
Wimbledon, under the Wimbledon Education
Committee.
Tuberculosis:—Dispensary, 145, Merton Road, Wimbledon,
under the Surrey County Council.
Venereal Diseases:—Richmond, under the Surrey
County Council
Public Health Officers of the Local Authority. (See p. 2.)
Professional Nursing in the Home.
(a) General:—South Wimbledon District Nursing Association,
supported by voluntary contributions. A small
contribution is made by the Wimbledon Borough
Council in respect to cases of Ophthalmia Neonatorum.
(b) Infections Diseases—None.
Midwives:—Under the supervision of the Surrey County
Council. There are 14 midwives practising in the district.
MORTUARY.
Prom information received from the Superintendent of the
Cemetery, there were 49 bodies received into the mortuary
during the year.
Inquests were held by the Coroner with respect to 45 bodies,
equal to 8.6 percent. of all deaths registered in the Borough.
