(d) Housing Finance Act, I 972 - Qualification Certificates
A total of 3,419 applications have been received up to 31st December
1972, by this Department in connection with the conversion of Controlled
Tenancies to Regulated Tenancies for the purposes of recent control.
Action has been taken as follows:-

accordance with the requirements of the Public Health Act, 1936, Food and Drugs Act, and Food
Hygiene (General) Regulations, 1960/70, Ice-Cream (Heat Treatment) Regulations, 1947/52,
Factories Act, 1961, Leyton Corporation Act, 1950, Essex County Council Act, 1952, and relevant
legislation.
